Mumbai, Dec 7: The chariot procession embarked upon by Shantikunja Seva Ashram, Panvel, on Friday November 28, for global peace returned to Shantikunja on Thursday December 4. 

Gouda Saraswata Brahmana (GSB) community brethrens and devotees led by Swamijis of Partagali and Kaivalya Math offered glorious welcome as the Vijay chariot procession of attractive tableaux arrived at Shantikunja on Thursday. 



Shantikunja Seva Ashram trustee Vaman Kamat delivered the introductory address during the stage programme.  Vijay chariot procession convener Venkatesh Prabhu shared his experiences on chariot procession. 

Sri Shivanand Saraswati Swami of Samstana Goudapadacharya Math and Kavale Math, Ponda – Goa, blessed all those taken part in global peace Vedic rites.

Sri Vidhyadirajateerta Swami of Gokarna Math also graced the occasion. 

Yuvavahini district president Raghav Baliri and secretary Ravi Shanbagh compered the programme.  Kamalaksha Saraf proposed vote of thanks.
