    There are several issues here:

     1) No one agrees that beating is a good thing and all including RSS have said that organization which has done it must be banned. 2) Why then congress is not banning them? 3) 3 women were beaten by MIM (Muslim league) goons in hyderabad (inclusing Tasleema). Now I ask all these pseudo secular morons- did you even utter a peep about it? Why this double standards? If you are a person who did not utter a peep then, but have an opinion now.

SHAME ON YOU. At-least many of the so called communals have uttered a cry of indignation for BOTH the incidents and are on record saying they do not approve of it. At the least they have dignity and righteousness on their side. By standing upto congress where do you pseudo secular people stand?

I feel the lawyer has made a biggest mistake in sending a notice. In fact he will get befitting and staunch reply from Stalwarts lawyers like Singhvi and Kapil Sibal (Both Congress). Whatever Renuka said of Talibanising the city was correct as a few Anti Social Elements or Illegal Religious Fanatic Outfits are out to Talibanise the City i.e, to Run Mangalore according to their Culture. Going to PUb, Celebrating V. Day is not Indian Culture. Then I am sure drinking Whisky, Scotch, Using Mobile, Bollywood Dance, All the Branded Outfits, Shopping Malls, Supermarkets, Internet, Cyber Cafe, fast food joints, etc etc are all western invented and now extensively used in India. Stop this first. Let us sit back and watch the fun and reply the Mangalore Lawyer will get.

Renuka did not compare the Mangaloreans as Taliban, she was refering to all those  who attacked females in the pub. We are ashamed to have a mayor like Ganesh Hosabettu who is a 'chicken'. Instead of standing up for the justice, you are abetting all those molesters to continue their 'Ravana Acts' on 'Sita's in Mangalore.

Good work. Ms. Choudary should apologise. What about "pub bharo." Does she want everyone to booze. How can she make such irresponsible statements. Anything to woo voters..hmmmm.

I did not find anything wrong with the ministers comment. Here we have a Mayor who feels that molesting and hitting women is perfectly okay. The images are there for everyone to see worldwide be it on BBC ,Fox news or any other channel.

This shows what the mayor is really upto in Mangalore. No wonder law and order situation is gone to dogs. The main job of the lawyer here in contension is to get the goons who create these ruckus in the city out of jail and file such crazy lawsuits.
