M'lore: Expulsion Notices - Sene Men Appear before Assistant Commissioner

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangalore (SP)

Mangalore, Feb 25: As per the expulsion notices issued on February 19, Sri Rama Sene state joint convener Prasad Attavar and four other activists Subhash Padil, Jagadish Amin, Lokesh and Ashok appeared before the assistant commissioner in the office of the district deputy commissioner here on Tuesday February 24.

After all of them sought more time to reply to the notices through their advocates, the final hearing was postponed to February 27.

Reportedly, the policemen want 12 Sri Rama Sene activists to be banished from the district but notices were served on only five. The policemen also want to ban entry of Sene founder Pramod Mutalik from entering Dakshina Kannada district because of his militant posture and provocative statements.

The deputy commissioner has indicated that a notice would be served on Mutalik within a week. It is learnt, that Sri Rama Sene succeeded in bringing a stay order from the sessions court for a case registered by the Mangalore tahsildar against 26 Sri Rama Sene activists.

Muthalik is a good leader and he is needed to help Hindus. It is good move by the Hon'ble Sessions Court by giving a stay order to the orders served by Assistant Commissioner Mangalore. Good Luck Muthalik. Any comments for my words are welcome, because it won't make any effect or difference.

We applaud the stringent step taken by the commissioner there should not be any place for goons in the civilised society. Attacking women is not acceptable in any civilised society. “Muthalik you are not the one answerable for others sins, wash your own sins first. If you can’t see the well dressed people, just close your eyes, you are not the one to tell them how to dress”.

The Commissioner should issue the notices, before delcaring it to the media. If they want to issue a notice to Mutalik banning him from entering DK why they are waiting for it.. The whole idea of taking time, meanwhile declaring it to the media, itself giving the sufficient time to these goons to plan their counter action. Any case there is no dearth for free legal assistance to them from P.P Hegde.
