Mangalore: 10-year-old Ullal Victim Skips Exams

Mangalore, Mar 23: 10-year-old Ibrahim, a 5th std student at Bearys Public School, who was beaten up by the Ullal Sub Inspector could not take two exams, reportedly due to the shock of the incident.

Ibrahim’s guardian Jabbar told Deccan Herald that Ibrahim could not take up the exam due to fear.
Meanwhile, the Child Welfare Committee has served a notice on the SI.

It may be recalled that the SI beat up the boy in the lathi after Ibrahim reportedly rode his bicycle helter-skelter on the road.

    This is inhuman behaviour . The  SI should be punished severley by suspending him from service. we condemn this .

    Hope this lad will recover soon... Our hearty wishes to him... But who is responsible for this huge loss this lad is facing mentally??? Will the S.I or the department fill the loss ????
