Motor bike riders drive at menacing speeds without caring for poor pedestrians. It is common that they drive in opposite direction on national highways causing inconvenience to vehicles following rules. Traffic Police should take strict action against drivers who exceed speeds and cause harms to others. It should be well noted that if any rider travels within specified speed limits road humps don't cause any accident. These rash drivers have to blame themselves.

In India the RTO & PWD have no control over the local dictum. The locals do any nonsense without anybody questioning them. Further some of the humps provided by the highway authorities are only meant for heavy vehicles. For small car & bike owners they are a nightmare & the killer humps.
