Puttur: Advani Doesn’t Need Ram Bhat's Support to Become PM - DVS

Daijiworld Media Network - Puttur (SN/SP)

Puttur, Apr 8: “Support of a person like Swabhimani Vedike leader Ram Bhat is not needed by Advani to become Prime Minister,” retorted D V Sadanand Gowda, BJP state president, speaking to the media here on Tuesday April 7.

“The BJP is not in need of any advice, suggestions or lessons from Ram Bhat,” he added.

He was responding to a comment made by the Swabhimani Vedike leaders that the Vedike would extend support to the efforts of Advani to become Prime Minister. “Ram Bhat had earlier claimed Advani to be his god father. However, the first duty of an obedient disciple is to bow before the wishes of his master,” he pointed out.

BJP will come out victorious with a huge margin in Dakshina Kannada Lok Sabha constituency. Ram Bhat must learn to follow the basic principles of the Jana Sangh before becoming its representative. The people are aware about the capacity of Swabhimani Vedike. The BJP leaders have the details of the various Swabhimani Vedike units,” Gowda said.

The Vedike has entered the fray here, with the single aim of confusing the voters and to ensure that the Congress Party wins the election, he charged.
