Everyone is responsible for his own valueables.Cant make others responsible. At present everyone know theft is common. If he has insured his valueables ,then atleast some amount he can claim. He checked his bag on May 27th,why didnt he assure things before resting ,or nextday.?with all money he might get or not once lost documents are lost.no money can it bring back.
