Mangalore: Placement of Students at 'Job Fair' of Canara Engg College

Mangalore, May 7: A job fair is being organized at Canara Engineering College campus of Benjanapadavu near here on Sunday May 10 at 9 am.

The programme is being organized by Canara Engineering College.

Seven top companies of the country will participate in the job fair for immediate placements in their esteemed companies, said Dr Nagesh Prabhu, College principal, speaking at a press conference held here on Wednesday May 6.

The students who have passed out BE, MCA, MBA, MSc, BCA in the year 2007, 2008 and 2009 can participate in the fair, he said.

The AVG India, Global Softech, Strive, T U Tele Hub, Stay Chem Laboratories and Naseeba are companies that will be participating on the fair. Interested candidates may make use of the opportunity provided through the fair, advised Prabhu.

    In the list of companies you have spelt the name of our company wrongly. It is not NASEEBA, but spelt as NASEBA. There is a lot of difference to this little spelling mistake. The word NASEBA comes from a Japanese word which literally means ''Where there is a will there is a way". When this word is spelt the way you did, it sounds like a Arabic word.
