Mangalore: CET Concludes Peacefully in 12 Centres

Mangalore, May 8: The Common Entrance Test-09 (CET) concluded peacefully in 10 centres in the city on Thursday May 7.

The physics and chemistry test was conducted at ten centres in city and two centres in Puttur.

Around 5737 students appeared for the test in the city centres while 133 students remained absent. A total of 23 students out of 1088 also failed to appear for the exam in Puttur centres.

The number of students who appeared for the second-day test was comparably higher than the number of students appeared for the first day examination on biology. Hence the students appearing test for engineering course exceeded than who appeared for medical courses.
