Kundapur: Court Awards Custody of Kambadakone Co-op Bank Robbery Accused to Byndoor Police

Kundapur, May 12:
Three of the chief accused in the burglary of the Kambadakone Farmers’ Co-Operative Bank, Bijoor branch, were produced at Karwar court in Uttar Kannada by Kumta police on Monday May 11. 

Sanjeev Chaya Nayak, Gopal, and Laxman, are the three chief accused.


Rented House of the Accused

 

The Byndoor police requested the Karwar court to hand over all the accused to their custody in order to facilitate further investigation in the case which had occurred under their jurisdiction. 
 
The court has granted this request and awarded custody of all the accused to Byndoor police for five days till Saturday May 16.
