Kundapur: Thieves Decamp With Cash, Jewellery, from Residence

Kundapur, May 12:
The thieves broke into a house owned by Sharmin and Parveen at Ankadakatte, near Koteshwar, on the night of Sunday May 10.
 
Sharmin and Parveen had gone to Hyderabad, a few days ago, to attend a relative’s wedding when the thieves struck.  The thieves decamped with Rs 22,000 in cash and 32 grams of gold ornaments, estimated at about Rs 1 lac.


 
The theft came to light when the caretaker Irshad arrived at the residence on the morning of Monday May 11. 
 
Kundapur police have registered a case in this regard, based on the complaint lodged by Irshad.
