Udupi, Jun 29: The 20th annual general meeting of shareholders of Syndicate Bank was held at Golden Jubilee Auditorium, Manipal, on Friday June 28.

Chairman of the bank Ajay Vipin Nanavati, managing director and chief executive officer Mrutyunjay Mahapatra, executive directors S Krishnan and Ajay K Khurana, special duty officer Y Nageshwar Rao, and central government observer Abhay Garg were present.

Non-executive independent director of the bank Jayant P Gokhale, shareholder director Sunil Vashisht, and general managers of the bank also participated.
