Mangaluru, June 30: Roller skaters of Mangaluru Roller Skating Club showed exemplary performance in the state level speed skating championship that was held recently at Mysuru.
Tasmay Shetty, a student of Sharada Vidyalaya bagged two golds, while Arjun Kotian, a student of Canara Urwa school won one gold and two silver medals. Aaradhya Achari and Hanah Fernandes bagged one silver and one bronze respectively. They are students of Lourdes central school and Gonzaga school respectively.
More than 250 skaters throughout the state took part in the competition. The winners were trained by trainer of Mangaluru Roller Skating Club and international fame skater Sharany Mahesh.
