Udupi, Jul 2: "Let the people, who are trying to repeat one more act of lynching of a person for cow trafficking, expose the reality behind the beef export of the union government," said social worker Ansar Ahmed.

Ansar Ahmed further said, "The provocative statement given by Udupi district BJP chief secretary Yashpal Suvarna, in the quest of bringing down the cattle theft incidents in the district, is condemnable. No religion is supporting cattle theft. Yashpal Suvarna is not uttering a word on the beef that is being exported to overseas countries. He only speaks about the local cow slaughter business. This shows his dual policy.”

"If the organizations and associations, which give statements and stage protest against the slaughter of cow, have the guts, let them question the beef that is being exported out of the country first," challenged Ansar Ahmed.

Mr. Ansar BJP is not against beef export as they get the much required foreign currency. Beef eaten in India does not get bjp commission and foreign currency hence the double standards.
