Kundapur, Jul 5: Kundapur court acquitted four men accused of attempted murder of the owner of a bar here.

A case of attempted murder of Poornima bar, Koni owner Sudhakar Shetty in 2014 was registered against four men, Prashanth Acharya, Ganapathi Acharya, Vinay and Prasad Acharya under section 307. Ravikiran Murdeshwar had argued the case in favour of the suspects.

The court which heard the arguments for and against the accused acquitted them.
