Mangaluru: Free Yoga training classes inaugurated in Haleagnadi

Mangaluru, Jul 8: A thirty day free Yoga course was inaugurated in association with Indian Church’s Federation and Vijaya Master Trust Koluvailu at Indian Yoga Mandira Kubalagudde on July 7.

T Rudramuni, physical education teacher, NITK inaugurated the course. He said that yoga is one of the means to maintain physical and mental health, concentration and positive attitude.

Advocate and notary Daniel Devaraj said that yoga is recognised world over. “It helps in bringing about major change in life by controlling pressure, anxiety and discontent.”

H Bhoja Ameen, advocate, Haleangady; Corporation Bank officer Amar; Dr Sumalatha, Srinivas Hospital, Mukka; Mohammed Akbar; Manjunath, Srinivas Medical College; Hriday Dalan Fernandes; George Shaji; Rakshit Srivath K and Vikram were present.

Dr Manjunath compered the programme. Federation secretary Mary Swapna rendered the vote of thanks.
