Didnt the bank lawyer examined/checked the documents before providing loans to the party? There were and are several cases that the bank managers and commission agents involved in accepting fake documents and issuing loans to such fake documents and when loans overdue occurs, no party or assets were found thereby incurring heavy losses to banks.
