Bantwal, Aug 22: The youth of Bantwal under the leadership of Arla Govind Prabhu have taken up the initiative of providing relief materials to flood affected people of Bantwal.
Relief Kits, where each kit consisted 23 necessary items were distributed to 50 families which were affected by the recent floods.
The distribution event was held on Wednesday, August 21, at Shri Tirumala Venkataramana Swamy Kalyan Mantap, Bantwal.
Kits were given to families by trustees of Shri Tirumala Venkataramana Swamy Temple, B Purushotham Shenoy, Arla Govind Prabhu and P Praveen Kini
Members who were present for function were Narasimha Shenoy M, Ramesh Shenoy, Sadashiv Prabhu, Aravind Nayak, Bhamy Chidanand Shenoy, T Jithendra Shenoy, Pramod Bhat and Arjun Bhandarkar.
