Mangaluru: Good rainfall expected in coastal region

Mangaluru, Sep 27: Rainfall gained some momentum in the coastal belt of Karnataka on Thursday. Several places in Dakshina Kannada district received rain. The city got good rain on Thursday morning, which withered as the day progressed. Places like Puttur, Bantwal, Beltangady, Venoor, Sullia, Moodbidri and Subrahmanya too received rainfall.

There was good rainfall all over Udupi district on Thursday. The rain had started on Wednesday night. Karkala, Byndoor, Kundapur, Kaup etc received good rainfall. Udupi city also got rain for the whole on Thursday.

The meteorological department has predicted good rainfall in the coastal Karnataka during the next two days
