Mangaluru: Blood donation camp held at Addur

Mangaluru, Sep 30: A huge public blood donation camp was held on Sunday, September 29 at the premises of government higher primary school of Addur near here under the joint auspices of Blood Helpline Karnataka (R), Roz Friends (R), Kalasaguri, Addur and Lions Club of Gurpur, Kaikamba (R) with the cooperation of HDFC Bank Hampankatte branch and the active participation of K S Hegde Hosptial Deralakatte.

The programme was inaugurated by Mustafa Addur Demmale. Local Khatib Ustad Abdul Razak Darimi led the prayers before the inauguration. The programme was presided over by Jabbar H S.

55 donors donated their blood in the camp. The medical officers and staff of K S Hegde hospital Deralakatte coordinated the blood collection from the donors.



B Zakharia Hajee, who is giving free water for public of Kalasaguri Addur locality, since the past 30 years was felicitated on the occasion.

Siddique Kucchigudde welcomed that gathering. The programme was compered by Ashraf Arabi Kalladka.
