Mangalore, Jul 23: At a time when global warming is threatening the very existence of man, and  when there is a growing realization that  man's greed, which has been the root cause of this grave situation, is also the main impediment to finding a viable solution to this most urgent problem,

Royston Fernandes, author of the book, `Shall We Save the Earth?', proposes the creation of  a ‘selfless’ society to replace this `selfish' system, to save the earth and the human kind from extinction.

The book,'Shall We Save the Earth?', has been published by AuthorHouse, UK.  Royston, who is just 21, is currently pursuing his BE in PESIT, Bangalore. He is a qualified pianist, an artist and a drummer. His native is Valencia in Mangalore.

Currently, Royston is extensively working to create awareness about global warming and how this problem has the potential to destroy life on earth!

Royston along with his friend Jaslin D'Souza, would be presenting some horrifying facts about global warming and propose the creation of a `Society Without Selfishness' (SWS) during an interaction session, scheduled to be held on Sunday July 26 at 10 am at Kalaangann, Shaktinagar in the city.  All are welcome to attend and share their common concerns over this pressing issue, the organizers said.
