Traffic at Mumbai-Pune carriageway disrupts after oil spillage incident

Navi Mumbai, Oct 6: On Sunday, the Mumbai-Pune carriageway, came to a halt as a result of oil spillage on the expressway.

The traffic at the e-way came to a sudden pause after the incident. As per sources, it was edible oil that was spilt in a major quantity. The incident took place as early as 4 am.

After the incident was reported, authorities came in to avert any accidents and to resume the traffic, the Devdoot rescue team of MSRDC spread sand over the spillage.
