Udupi, Oct 6: The upcoming paryaya Darbar(sabha) of Admar math, is decided to be held in the afternoon, said by Junior seer Ishapriya theertha swamiji of Asmara math at preparatory meeting of upcoming paryaya held on Sat, Oct 5 at PPC mini hall.
Speaking at the meeting he said, 'we have thought to bring three major changes in Paryaya. They are hore kanike, which will be split for two years. The hore kanike procedure will be held once in 15 days to avoid wasting of vegetables and food grains. We will also make groups of certain areas and will give date so that we can recognise them easily.
Another change is about using plastic materials in Paryaya. To support eco-friendly paryaya, it is decided to have natural things like banana leaves, haale plates which has been already planted at chara village at 10 acre plot.
The third major change in Darbar, which will be held in the afternoon on Jan 18, 2020 at 3 pm so that devotees will get enough time to get ready for next ritual and refreshing themselves.
Ishapriya swamiji further said, 'Lets work hand in hand and he urged the support from all. It is a service of Lord Krishna. Let's not give a chance to any mistakes to happen in his service'.
MP Shobha Karandlaje said,'the three changes are scientific and have a revolutionary thought and everyone will obey it. There will be no party and religion descremination in serving Lord Krishna. I am ready to bring required funds and facilities from the government'.
Former MLA Vinay Kumar Sorake said, 'We have major responsibilities than other people. Lets do work for the peaceful paryaya'.
Former MLA Pramod Madhwaraj said, 'Paryaya means it is feast for all like Mysuru Dasara. Plastic ban in math is a good decision and we will serve as volunteers'.
MLA Raghupati Bhat, 'I got another opportunity for serving Krishna. I will put sincere effort in making potholes free roads in Udupi'.
The senior seer Vishwapriya theerta swamiji of Admar math said, 'these are the idea of junior swamiji. This is the 250th paryaya and my succossor Ishapriya theerta will ascending paryaya peetha this year. My guru Sri Vibudesha theerta was given opportunity to serve lord Krishna for two years and this year I will hand over that to junior seer. These changes will allow to healthy competition, he added.
The first horekanike will be held on Jan 15, 2020 led by Yashpal Suvarna. The food grains and vegetables will be used for the Annasantharpana of paryaya occasion, will be held on Jan 18. It has recognised 50 centers in different parts of the districts.
M B Puranik is the president of Krishna seva balaga committee and K Raghupati Bhat is honourary president.
The committee will plan the course of action and distribute tasks for the volunteers.
