Mumbai: Garodi Seva Trust distributes scholarships, felicitates special achievers

Mumbai, Nov 4: Brahmabaidarkala Panchadhoomavati Garodi Seva Trust held a programme at Billava Bhavan, Santacruz east on Saturday evening, November 2 to distribute the Trust’s education aid, scholarships to students and felicitate special achievers.

Juhu Andheri Varsova Vile Parle Association of Bunts president, CA I R Shetty inaugurated the programme. Garodi Seva Trust president, Nityananda D Kotian chaired the programme. Billavara Association, vice-president, Harish G Ameen, chief guest set the programme in motion.

Several distinguished achievers were honoured. SSC and HSC talented students were presented scholarships. ‘Girgit’, Tulu drama was staged.



Trust honorary chief treasurer Raviraj Kalyanpur, joint secretary Karunaker B Poojary, joint treasurer Vijaya Sanil, executive committee members and members were present.

Sayimayi Kotian performed a welcome dance. Vibhoothi Kalyanpur sang a welcome prayer song. Vittal S Poojary welcomed the gathering. Vice-president, D B Ameen and Roop Kumar Kalyanpur introduced the guests. Vice-president D B Ameen gave an introduction and compered the programme. Honorary chief secretary Sanjeeva Poojary Thonse rendered the vote of thanks.
