Mangaluru: Students of Father Muller Medical College win big at various intellect events

Mangaluru, Nov 5: Abishek J Stephen Harris and Joel Deepak Ravikar, Students of MBBS 2019 batch secured first place while Aman Samuel Phillips and Surbhi Malhotra, students of MBBS 2019 batch secured third place in the MRPL- MSNM Besant Intern Professional Collegiate Debate competition – 2019 held recently at MSNM Besant Institute of PG Studies, Bondel, here.

Dr Deepa John, PG resident of Paediatrics department has secured second place for her paper presentation titled 'A study on Vitamin D levels in preterm and term babies and their mothers' at KARPEDICON – 2019 – 38th annual conference of IAP-KSB and 33rd south zone PEDICON held at SSIMS and RC, Davangere.

On behalf of Father Muller Medical College, the dean, Dr Jayaprakash Alva and management offer their hearty congratulations for their achievements. The director, FMCI, Fr Richard A Coelho wished them well in their future as doctors and to be true to their profession with dedication and honesty. Fr Ajith B Menezes, administrator, Father Muller Medical College was elated on the success of the students proving that academics and discipline in the institutions bear fruit.
