Isnt this an hazardous way of disposing off the illicit liquor. dont the concerned top officials have any safety measures taken during this disposal. Imagine if a fire starts? Who is responsible for this way of disposal. Even the bottled whisky is being disposed off haphazardly. wouldnt it be better for these officials to auction this to the legal liquor manufacturers so as to raise some funds and use them wisely than to waste such a huge quantity of liquor. Isnt that wise enough

I have 2 comments to make: 1.Instead of wasting spirit worth lakhs of rupees and throwing it down the gutter why not use it productively and use the money for charity. 2. By the way where does the gutter lead to? Not the river I guess???
