Hopefully, it is not limited to just inauguraton and ribbon cutting. The need of the hour is for the youths to develop it into a "culture" starting from their doorsteps and then on to the long journey ahead as they move forward with their careers.

I am extremely happy to note that St. Aloysius College has embarked on the ''GREEN'' campaign to keep the college campus green and clean. I am glad that Our SAC is trend setter and it is my hope that other institutions will follow the example. More than that The Mangalore City Corporation should be guided by the example originating from an institute of name and fame. I join many others in congratulating The Rector - Father Jossy Rodrigues and Principal - Father Swebert D''Silve on their intiative. I am proud to be a an old student of St. Aloysius College. Few days back LCS''s School - Bejai , principal , LCS''S students and Parents conveynor have given a campaign of Rain water harvesting and saving water resources.

This type of social awareness campaign by Christian institute is good example to bring awareness to the people. LCS''S in an short span of 10 plus years the school as grown as an reputed CBSE affiliated school. The leadership of qualified , disciplined and God fearing Prinicipal Mrs. Grace Noranha leading since the Birth of the Institution to the present status is highly respected and appreciable.
