Mumbai: BSKBA hosts ‘Ek Sham Pancham Da Ke Naam’ entertainment programme

Mumbai, Feb 25: BSKB association Gokula Sion in aid of Gokula building and Sri Krishna Mandira being constructed under Gokula projects vision 2020 held ‘Ek Sham Pancham Da Ke Naam’ musical entertainment programme at the Kings circle, Shanmukananda auditorium on Sunday evening, February 23.

SBI Life Insurance executive director Anand Pejavar, Vishwas Chemical managing director B Vivek Shetty, NIIF-IFL company CEO Sadashiva Rao and SBI wealth chief general manager Giridhar Kini watered a Tulasi plant, lighted a traditional lamp and set the programme in motion.

Popular Hindi music director Sudhesh Bonsle, Srikanth Narayan, Shailaja Subrahmanian, Alok Kattare, Sonali Karnik and other singers sang evergreen songs composed by the late Rahul Dev Burman in the company of 25 musicians.

Details of the activities of Ashraya Gokula project were shown through video clippings at the beginning of the programme. BSKBA vice-president Shailini Rao and Dr Sahana Pothi sang prayers. President Dr Suresh S Rao Kateel gave an introductory address briefly describing Gokula project vision 2020. Jayalaxmi Holla gave details about BSKBA. M H Muradeedhar introduced the guests and felicities. Asha Haridas Bhat and Prashanth Herale compered the programme. Chief secretary APK Pothi rendered the vote of thanks.
