Another coronavirus suspect tests positive in Kasargod

Kasargod, Mar 16: Another person is reportedly infected with coronavirus in Kasargod. With this the numbers of infected persons in the district have gone up to two. Among the three positive cases reported on Monday, March 16, one person belongs to Kasargod and the other two are Malappuram residents. The virus is found in a Kasargod based youth who arrived from Dubai. All the three people had arrived from abroad.

The virus was found in a student who arrived from China earlier. As many as 24 people are infected with the virus in Kerala so far. A total of 12,740 people are kept under observation.

As many as 325 people are under observation for the virus in the district. Four people among them are admitted in isolation ward. They are suspected to be coronavirus infected.

The remaining are in their respective houses. Two people are under observation in district hospital.
