Bengaluru, Mar 24: “No vehicle will be allowed on the road from tomorrow. There will be complete Nakabandi,” clarified chief minister B S Yediyurappa.

In a news release he stated, “It will be better if media acts with restraint in such difficult situation. Many friends in the media publish truth but there are other friends who publish wrong message by false news,’ he stated.

“One media published today that the government is persuading people to go out from Bengaluru. The truth was while controlling life in the state, those who had come from other districts got ready and returned to their home towns. While there was traffic density in some places, police personnel were asked to allow them to return home in their vehicles. They were allowed to go home for Yugadi festival. It was wrongly understood and it was announced that the government is inspiring people to go to other villages.”

“My sincere request to media is that the country is facing catastrophe. All the media should cooperate in it. No vehicle will be allowed on the road from tomorrow. There will be complete Nakabandi,” he stated.
