Haryana to re-employ retired government doctors


Chandigarh, Apr 19 (IANS): Keeping in view the Covid-19 pandemic, the Haryana government has decided to re-employ retired government doctors below the age of 69 years on a contractual basis for one year against the vacant posts.

The maximum age for applying to the posts has been fixed as 69 years so that the doctors could serve the department up to 70 years. Civil Surgeons have been authorised to engage the doctors at their level, an official statement said.
