Travelling in air india express is risky... one of the worst facility provided by airline, cancelling the flight without any valid reason and no other options to travel.

Today on Chrimstmas eve, many including me had a terrible experience with Air India Express. Upon reaching the AI counter 11:20AM, We were surprised to hear from the staff that the gates are closed and they cannot accomodate us in the current flight. How can  Air India express do  this? Looks like passengers from yesterday's cancelled flight have been put on our flight thereby denying the seats to us for which we have already done the booking. Also,we were informed that the flight for the next 3 days are fully booked and no refund can be made. It's high time that Kingfisher or Jet start their flights to Dubai.

I was supposed to travel on this flight.Upon reaching airport and upon enquiry the AIR INDIA EXPRESS staff is replying that the flight is cancelled. When i asked that they should reimburse the taxi fare as they didn't informed us in advance the madam rudely replied that they have already informed us but when I insisted that i didn't get any message or call she bluntly said come tomorrow for your flight. Why our national carrier staff don't have the basic etiquettes of talking to people?I pray that jet airways soon start a direct flight from dubai to managalore

This is my worst experience with AI Express. The latest departure time announced is 12:30pm on 25th Dec. "Gocha" for many christmas plans i believe. If at all there is an alternate flight to mangalore, no one would have opted for AI. I booked 3 months before and this is the situation on the last minute. More than 24hrs delay, justifiable? We should have some laws to sue these guys.
