Byndoor: Accidental fall into well results in man's death

Byndoor, Apr 30: In an unfortunate incident reported from Byndoor on Wednesday, April 29 morning, a youth accidentally slipped and fell into a well. The fall resulted in his death.

The deceased has been identified as Santosh Poojary (28). He was drawing water from the well by lowering a pitcher tied to a rope with the help of a rotary wheel when he accidentally suffered a forward jerk. He could not control himself and fell directly into the well. As he could not wriggle out of the water, he suffocated to death.

Byndoor police who have registered a case of unnatural death, have conducted a probe in the matter.
