Oscar, you are doing a good job by going after the contractors to hasten the job of the Highways. I know the construction jobs are always delayed, I do not why, because of the bureaucracy and red tape in India. But I think it is getting better, besides the weather is not so favorable sometimes to the people who are working.

However I have one comment to make. I was in India in the year 2008 and was travelling from Bangalore to Mangalore by Bus and it was the worst Bus journey I have ever experienced. There were so many large pot holes, when the Bus was moving thru those pot holes, I thought the Bus is going on its side. It was really scarrey for me even though I loved the scenery of the mountains and forests. Indian Tousism can generate lot or revenues if only they attend to these road repais expeditely.
