Uttara Kannada BJP MP Questions Renuka’s Induction

Siddapura, Jan 2 (DHNS): Uttara Kannada MP, Ananthkumar Hegde on Friday charged that the induction of Renukacharya into the Cabinet clearly showed the ‘moral bankruptcy’ of the Government.

After performing pooja at a temple here, he said those exerting pressure were being rewarded at the cost of loyal and sincere party workers. All principles and values were being thrown to winds to continue in power and this had dented the image of the party.

Chief Minister Yeddyurappa had been warned against rewarding party hoppers. The CM should have adopted a tough stand in this matter, he added.

He claimed that Operation Kamala was carried out even as the party senior leaders were opposed to it. Those in power adopted dictatorial attitude, he alleged.

Asked whether Yeddyurappa should quit now as the party’s image has taken a beating, he only said public should react to it.

MP, Ananthkumar Hegde why now you mention about moral bankruptcy’. You have no right to comment this as you yourself has won the election with same principles of moral bankruptcy’. After all, birds of the same feather. Isn’t it. Are u sidelined now in Karnataka BJP party? Your personal problem with the Reddy brothers as you cannot be one with them or competent as they are powerful today. So to divert attention of the public you have given statement to show to the public that you have better quality than the CM. Entire nation knows BJP in Karnataka has lost morality. This fact nobody can deny it.
