Kolar, May 11: After a video clip of a doctor of a government hospital accepting a bribe for performing corona test went viral on the social media, members of the public have been pouring out a sense of indignation they have been going through after watching the act.
The video shows Dr Srinivas of the government hospital at Malur in the district, collecting bribe and then handing over corona test report.
The video shows a woman along with her child visiting the hospital and getting a corona test done. Before handing over the test report, the video shows, that the doctor collected Rs 200 from her. It is said that the doctor has fixed Rs 500 as a fee for delivering each of the test reports.
The people, who are already reeling under the corona effects including lockdown, have been making critical comments about Dr Srinivas and taking him to task severely.
