Karkala, Aug 25: Anisha P Rodrigues hailing from Bajpe, has been awarded Doctor of Philosophy by Visvesvarayya Technological University, Belagavi on August 5.
She successfully defended her thesis on the topic 'Sentiment Analysis of Real-Time Text Data using Distributed Processing System' under the guidance of Dr Niranjan N Chiplunkar, principal of NMAM Institute of Technology, NITTE.
Anisha is presently working as an assistant professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte.
