“As a gateway to new India, at BIAL, our aim is to give our travellers a true experience of our state and country. Art has the amazing ability to create delight during a passenger’s journey through our airport and provide a bit of wonder to the otherwise mundane act of boarding a flight. This is a great opportunity for artists to showcase their talent at an airport, which provides great visibility to both the artwork as well as artists,” said a BIAL spokesperson.

About BIAL’s art programme:

BIAL’s art programme will include permanent displays and rotating exhibitions coming together to enhance the aesthetics of T2 and create a meaningful experience for sharing stories about Bengaluru’s culture and the very people who make it unique.

The art programme hopes to create lighter moments at the Terminal and evoke a feeling of pride among the people of Karnataka.

BIAL’s Art Programme is aimed at making a journey a memorable experience, through art.
