Mangaluru: Water supply to be suspended for two days from September 1

Mangaluru, Aug 29: As sand, trash and sludge is accumulated in water supply outlet plant jackwell LLPS 1 – 18MGD in Thumbe obstructing the pump that lifts the water, the supply of water will be suspended to set it right for 24 hours from 6 am on September 1 till 6 am, the next day in Surathkal, Panambur, Kulai, Kana, Katipalla, NITK, Sasihitlu, Kuloor, part of Kottara, Bendoor, low level areas in Car Street, Kudroli Fishing Harbour and Kodialbail.
