Mangaluru, Oct 10: Ashalatha (22) from Sri Durga Nilaya, Shaktinagar here, who had gone missing after she left home to deposit the money belonging to the self-help group was found at Kalaburagi.
Ashalatha had left on October 4 with the stated purpose of remitting money belonging to the self-help group. After attending to the work she had not returned home. A missing complaint was registered in the town police station at Kankanady. The police had initiated the search operation. When they checked the location of the lady's mobile phone, they realized that she was at Kalaburagi.
The police went to Kalaburagi and brought her back from there. She was sent home with her parents after giving her some good advice. The police of the city received lavish appreciation for their quick action in finding the whereabouts of the missing lady within such a short time.
