Boloor corporator, residents begin ‘Clean house, environment, Mangaluru’ campaign

Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (EP)

Mangaluru, Oct 31: Jagadish Shetty, corporator of Boloor ward, has begun a continuous door-to-door campaign to maintain the beauty of the city by preventing throwing of garbage on roadsides.

The government at the centre and national green tribunal had enforced the Act in 2016 that dry and wet waste should be collected separately on a door to door model.

The way the corporator teaches the lesson of cleanliness to those people who spoil the beauty of the city is being commended by Boloor residents.
