Kadaba: Police trace missing teenage girl

Kadaba, Dec 1: The Kadaba police have located a missing girl from Bilinele. The girl was found at Mysuru.

Shubhalata (16), daughter of Bhojappa Gowda from Madeparla had gone missing after leaving home on the pretext of fetching milk. Her father had filed a missing complaint in Kadaba police station. The police who undertook investigation found the girl from Vijayanagara town at Mysuru.

It is learnt that the girl had gone to Bengaluru, searching for her facebook friend. From there, had travelled to Mysuru. But he had left her at Mysuru and returned to Bengaluru. When the Kadaba police found her mobile location and went to Mysuru, the facebook friend was not there. They brought the girl here and handed her over to the parents.

Kadaba police assistant sub-inspector C T Suresh and head constable Harish conducted the investigation. District special branch inspector Ravi B S and staff Diwakar helped in finding the missing girl.
