Udupi, Dec 3: Udupi Kunjibettu ward councillor Girish M Anchan has been elected president of Udupi municipal council standing committee.
Council president Sumitra R Nayak presided over the meeting. Council assistant executive engineer Mohanraj K M was the election officer.
Standing committee members Yogish V Salian, Sreesha Kodavoor, Manjula V Nayak, D Balakrishna Shetty, Vijayalakshmi, Ashok Naika Manchikumeri, Chandrashekar U Sherigar, Vijaya Poojary Bailoor, Girish M Anchan, Geeta Devaraya Shet and T G Hegde were present in the meeting.
