Mumbai, Dec 13 (IANS): International travellers can go home without a negative Covid- 19 report after swab collection. BMC has taken this step to reduce crowding at the airport.
BMC official said “The passengers will be updated about the report over the phone.”. The BMC will release a related notification in a day or two.
BMC nodal officer at the airport and deputy executive health officer Dr Santosh Revankar said, “The rule is already in practice for domestic passengers (coming from Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Goa) where we allow them to go home after collecting their swab sample.”
