Mumbai police arrests 21-year-old for sexual harassment, track him after 5 months

Mumbai, Dec 14: A 21-year-old man has been arrested by the Oshiwara police for the harassment of a 25-year-old make-up artist.

The accused identified as Rafiq Khiojariya is a resident of Jogeshwari. He was allegedly sending the victim messages demanding sexual favours.

Mumbai police tracked him five months after he committed the offence. Senior inspector Dayanand Bangar said Khiojariya's cellphone number was procured using fake documents.

The accused has been placed in custody for sexual harassment.
