Udupi: Traffic on roads near vote counting centers banned on Dec 30

Udupi, Dec 29: The process of counting votes of gram panchayat elections in the district will be held on December 30. As the votes will be counted at Byndoor Junior College, the road in front of the college from Mastikatte junction till Namma Bazar and from Government hospital junction till the residence of Jayananda Hobalidar will be closed for traffic on December 30.

Similarly, deputy commissioner G Jagadeesha has completely banned traffic on the roads in Udupi from St Cicily’s Kannada Higher Primary School around Brahmagiri counting centre, Convent road, Lal Bahadur Shastri Road and Brahma Kumary’s road (CMC road) on that day.
