Ballari, Dec 31: An engineering graduate has married a 54-year-old pastor of a local church. Her parents have filed a missing complaint with the police.
The lady from Gugarahatti here was working in a showroom in the city. On December 16, she left home for work but then went missing with the pastor. Her parents, in the missing complaint they filed in the women's police station here, claimed that the pastor used to take video of the girls visiting the church and was later harassing them.
The lady has however, dismissed these claims. In a video clip prepared with mobile phone that has been uploaded in the social media, she said she had not gone missing and no one had abducted her. She said she had voluntarily accompanied the pastor and that both of them had married on December 20. She has also requested the superintendent of police of the district to provide her security.
