Kundapur, Dec 31: Radha Das, president of women relief centre of the taluk and resident of Kumbashi, who had contested in two wards as an independent candidate in the gram panchayat elections emerged victorious in both the wards.
This is the fifth consecutive victory of Radha Das.
Radha had contested from the first and third ward of Kumbashi gram panchayat as an independent candidate. The development works she carried out in the last term were the reason for her resounding victory.
