Udupi: IMD issues warning of heavy downpour till Jan 9 in coastal districts

Udupi, Jan 6: The district faced heavy downpour on the evening of Wednesday, January 6. Earlier, the meteorological department had issued a warning of sudden rains in the district and continued downpour in coastal areas until January 9. 
 
Heavy rains along with thunderstorm and lightning are expected in coastal districts.
 












 
Due to the sudden rainfall, people panicked given the drastic shift in the weather.

    As school colleges reopening after covid, weather has got confused.assuming it to be june month, it is raining.
