Brahmavar: Two-wheeler hits bridge railings - Rider dies

Brahmavar, Feb 2: After a Honda Activa scooter he was riding hit the railing of the Uppoor bridge on national highway 66 on Monday February 1, the rider of the two-wheeler lost his life. The victim has been identified as Asif (19) from Kolalagiri.

Asif was moving towards Brahmavar from the direction of Santhekatte on Sunday night. When the accident happened, his helmet got ejected from his head. As a result, he suffered serious injury to his head and face, and died on the spot.

Brahmavar police have registered a case.
